The spiral chute operating procedures

1. Preparation before operation

Check whether the spiral chute is obviously damaged or loose. Check whether the bearings, couplings and other parts of the spiral chute are flexible and whether there are any abnormal sounds. Check whether the electrical components of the spiral chute are normal, such as whether the switches and buttons are sensitive and reliable, and whether the wires are aging or broken. If there are any problems, they should be replaced or repaired in time.

Before starting the operation, the relevant personnel of the equipment should be notified, the surrounding environment should be ensured to be safe, and safety helmets and protective equipment should be worn.

2. Startup operation

Turn on the main power switch and press the start button at the same time to observe whether the equipment starts normally.

3. Shutdown operation

When the spiral chute completes its work, the feeding should be stopped first, and the power should be turned off after the material in the chute is emptied. After turning off the power, the spiral chute should be cleaned and maintained to ensure normal operation next time.

4. Daily maintenance

Regularly inspect and maintain the spiral chute, including cleaning, lubrication, tightening, etc., to extend the service life of the equipment. Record the equipment operation and maintenance records to detect and solve problems in a timely manner.
