The chamber filter press is an advanced solid-liquid separation equipment that integrates mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic technologies. A chamber filter press consists of five main parts: the frame, the filtration system, the hydraulic system, the plate pulling system, and the electrical control system. Its filter chamber is composed of two adjacent recessed filter plates.

The structure of the chamber filter press
1. The frame
The frame section is used to support the filtration mechanism and connect other components. It is mainly composed of components such as thrust plate, clamping plate, cylinder body and main beam. When the machine is working, the piston in the cylinder pushes the clamping plate to press the filter plate, diaphragm plate and filter cloth located between the clamping plate and the thrust plate, so as to ensure that the pressurized slurry is pressurized and filtered in the filter chamber.
2. The filtration system
The filtration section consists of filter plates arranged in a certain order on the main beam, filter cloth sandwiched between the filter plates, and diaphragm filter plates. The alternating arrangement of filter plates, filter cloths, and diaphragm filter plates forms several independent filter chambers. Driven by the feed pump, the slurry enters each filter chamber through the feed port on the thrust plate and is filtered by the pressure generated by the feed pump.
3. The hydraulic system
The hydraulic pressing mechanism of the filter press consists of a hydraulic station, an oil cylinder, a piston, a piston rod, and a Haflan card connecting the piston rod and the pressing plate. The hydraulic power unit consists of a motor, oil pump, relief valve (for pressure regulation), directional valve, pressure gauge, oil circuit, and oil tank.
4. The plate pulling system
The automatic plate-pulling section consists of a hydraulic motor, a transmission mechanism, and a pausing device. The hydraulic motor drives the transmission chain, which in turn drives the robotic arm to pull apart the diaphragm plates and filter plates one by one. The pause device can control the stopping and advancing actions during the plate pulling process at any time to ensure the smooth unloading of the plate by the plate pulling mechanism.
5. The electrical control system
