According to different classification requirements, the classification of the drum screen is generally from fine to coarse to l~4 knots. When the trommel drum screen is working, the motor connects the reducer and the drum device through a coupling and drives the drum device to rotate around its axis. Trommel screen can be divided into three parts
1. Frame part
The frame is welded with excellent carbon steel plate and channel steel and has passed strict product qualification certification and specific process requirements.
2. Screening part
The combined screen is adopted, which is transmitted from the transmission wheel to the main shaft through the coupling. The screen is installed and welded on the drum of the main shaft. The material enters from the feed end, continuously rotates and grades in the drum, and is evenly discharged from the discharge port below. It effectively separates the finished product from the return material, thereby improving work efficiency.
3. Transmission connection part
The motor drives the pulley, triangle belt, and reducer to drive the main shaft to rotate. The transmission of the reducer and the host are driven by the pin-type coupling of the pin coupling, which is convenient for assembly and maintenance.
1. Unique screening principle
The wet material has large water content, and the use of a common vibrating screen will cause the material to stick to the screen, affecting the screening effect and service life. The rotary screen adopts the rolling conveying principle. The continuous tilting and rotation of the roller will cause the wet material on the screen surface to rotate and roll, and the material stuck in the screen hole can be discharged without blocking the screen hole.
2. Special self-cleaning device
The trommel drum screen can be equipped with a comb-type cleaning device. In the process of screening wet materials, the screen body is continuously washed by the relative movement of the comb-type cleaning device and the screen cylinder, so that the entire screen cylinder is always kept clean.
